At birth, the bones and structure of the foot have not yet fully hardened. The foot is therefore flexible and changes significantly during growth. Moving, running and jumping help build a strong and healthy foundation for later in life.
Is pain-free movement and sport not possible? Then don't wait too long to seek help. A child's foot is not the same as an adult foot; the body is still developing and requires a different approach.
